Taking over a Fred On Em beat and flipping it for his single “We Don’t Plan On Stopping,” H-Town rapper Dat Boy returns after previous posts on TheSource, BlkDmnds and Boi-1da.net. The new music video shows a glimpse of Dat Boy’s lyrical ability and witty wordplay as Dat Boy makes a case to be the new face of Houston.
Dat Boy caught a lot of attention online last week from social media as multiple media outlets reported that he recovered fellow Houston rapper Trill Sammy’s chain that was snatched by a North Carolina rapper.
“Houston is sticking together to show the world if you mess with one of us you mess with all of us. Houston is unified,” Dat Boy said.
Previously, Dat Boy got a great response from wards across Houston for his single “Zoned Out,” as the Zaytoven produced song has been blazing the radio with plays on Atlanta’s V103 and Hip-Hop Nation via Sirius/XM radio. In addition Dat Boy has gotten support from the legendary DJ Micheal 5000 Watts on several Houston platforms making him a must see talent.
